On the Way to Giverny

Day One In France We landed at Charles de Gaulle without incident and picket up our rental car. We had decided to go to Normandy, so we set out on the A13 west. Copenhagen Day 3

Tivoli Gardens or Bust We had a big day planned for today — Tivoli Gardens! My mother-in-law has raved about Tivoli Gardens ever since her trip to Denmark back in the 70’s, so I was really looking forward to our day. However, Mother Nature had other ideas. Copenhagen Day 2

Our second day in Copenhagen turned out to be a beautiful day — sunshine, a few clouds, pleasant temperature. We decided to go to lunch along the canal and then take a boat tour of the waterways. Lunch was delightful, and the boat tour was spectacular. Copenhagen is really a beautiful place. The boat tour was long, and when we finished, all we wanted to do was eat dinner and go to bed.
